A personal workout tracking app built to solve the developer's own need for gym progress tracking — interactive progression charts, routine management, a smart rest timer, and training analytics, with all data stored fully offline on-device.

Project Overview

Built as a self-use tool rather than a mass-market product, this gym tracking app lets the user manage workout routines and training plans, follow interactive progression charts per exercise, and use a smart rest timer with customizable rest periods between sets. It surfaces per-exercise and per-muscle-group statistics, along with an estimated one-rep max (1RM) and total training volume, to make progress measurable over time. All data is stored locally on-device — no backend, no accounts, no subscriptions — a deliberate choice to keep the tool simple, private, and free of the overhead most fitness apps carry. Built with React Native and Expo, and now shared with friends who requested the APK.
