Project Overview

UniNetwork addresses a gap in university life: professional networking usually starts only after graduation, once it is already needed. The platform lets students build a structured professional profile — modeled on the Harvard CV format — covering their university, career/major, languages, and academic projects, then connect with peers outside their own program or semester through a contacts system that distinguishes public connections from a private contact list. A recommendations and references system lets students vouch for each other's skills and collaborations, reinforcing profile credibility, while a notification layer keeps everyone up to date on new connections, recommendations, and profile activity. Built to support multiple universities rather than a single institution.
